White walls, terracotta floors, and the turquoise shutters that gave the project its working name — every room of Naya renovated to open toward the water it stands over.
Because the owners live away, the house was designed and modeled in 3D first: they walked through every room on screen and approved what they saw before construction began. What was built is what was modeled — one team carried design, visualization and the works themselves.
It is the promise this portfolio makes to seafront buyers: you can own a house on the Sea of Crete and trust the building of it to people who have done this since 1978.
Designed on screen, built on the shore — and handed back to the sea.
