B12 Residences is a modern and exclusive private complex, meticulously designed to the highest construction standards, finishes and features — while reducing its environmental impact.

It consists of twelve apartments, including a beautiful penthouse at the top of the building with amazing views to the sea, and outdoor extras such as private large balconies, a swimming pool and communal gardens. Parking and storage facilities sit in the basement and underground floors.

The customer is Lydakis Estate — meaning the same company developed, designed and built the project. When the builder is also the owner, the construction standard is the sales pitch.
